Got Ven all done ='D I'm getting worse at this point of view, but I'll get that fixed at some point…. One half of Azi's cull dog designs are done, anyways, so I'm happy~ Ven's still meant to team with Adie, but I wanted to put this up first. Yes I removed the chest fur and added leg for on purpose, simply so she'd be more unique, but that can be changed! I'll be changing that, hopefully before Azi comes online. The lack of chest feathering broke the bloody pattern. Fixed P=

My mind went nuts with that ankh. Just wanted to unleash my imagination in literary form a moment. The story actually isn't part of the character design, as it's meant to inspire the player on design alone, so they can go where they prefer with it. After all, my tastes in characterization isn't most peoples' cup of tea. But here's what it inspired in me.

Story

<sub>We are dying….

It's been over a thousand years since Armageddon, the final war of the gods and the destruction of the world as it was. Gone were the feared jotun race…. One would think the world would have flourished without the giants and their strange offspring plaguing the land, but just as the monsters are gone, so are the gods. Men raise their hands and their voices to the skies to no avail; some even call out into the chasms where the gods are buried….

It is time for new gods. Or rather, old gods. There are tales in ancient scriptures that speak of a people above all others, their home built upon a barren place, where sun had scorched the very oceans. Despite the vast expanse of nothing but sun and sand, this society had flourished, governing the lands and the men well beyond their shores. They were truly blessed by the gods; these deathless gods.

This is what we need, Ven realized. The ancient gods of the desert. The men here did not know the names, but two figures persisted in the memory of the dogs, passed down through the generations of the coursing hounds which had ancestors from this place: Wepwawet and Anubis. If she could reawaken these gods, the world would thrive once again.</sub>
